The SHARE programme offers an easy way to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. Once a company has become part of the SHARE programme, individuals employed in that company have the opportunity to pledge a monthly donation from their wages or salary to help support their community through the Community Chest.

Deductions are via payroll or monthly debit order.
Companies lend their support by allowing a representative from the Community Chest to address their workforce/staff by way of a short presentation. The presentation clearly explains the programme, showing how each employee can make a simple yet meaningful contribution to their community.

Thousands of individuals across the country support their communities this way. They recognize that the Community Chest is an efficient channel for reaching out to desperate people in need.

This is an excellent opportunity for employees to put their love for their community into action by sharing – however much each person is able to. No amount is too small, every little bit makes a tremendous difference to someone who has nothing!
